Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes, I’m insured and have years of experience and professional training. However, I am not licensed as the law only requires licenses and bonding for larger projects above $1000. Due to the nature of my clients' needs and services, no projects are over $1000.
Can you handle all of my small plumbing, electric, painting, and carpentry repairs?
Yes, we can handle all of these projects, no need for multiple contractors for each of these needs. We are highly trained with years of experience in all of these trades. No project or task is too small for us to assist with!
Do you provide a guarantee?
Yes and no, we never bill until the job is done and the customer is happy. So our guarantee is that you will be happy and if not, we will fix it until you are (within the original scope of the project).
Do you have a written contract?
We provide clearly defined written estimates and invoices so all parties are in agreement with the project's needs, cost, and timeline. There are no long, formal written contracts.
Will you be working alone or will you have help?
It depends on the size of the project and the equipment needed to complete the project. We do have team members available who are also trained with years of experience should additional assistance be required. However, most projects can be completed by just me, Michelle, the Owner.
